Corporate Fitness Challenge

    If you’ve got the guts to change your life forever……if you want to increase your fitness, your health and your productivity, then you need to enter the Corporate Fitness Challenge!!

      WHAT IS THE CORPORATE FITNESS CHALLENGE?

      • The Corporate Fitness Challenge is a corporate wellness and fitness program, facilitated by Fitcorp. The program is supported by International Health Investments, the creators of Ladybird and Redbak Supplements.
      • Minimum of 12 contestants needed.
      • Length of program is 10 weeks and can begin whenever you like!
      • Minimum cost for each contestant is $15 a week for 10 weeks. This price will vary depending on how many contestants take part, and how many sessions we decide to do each week.

        WHAT HAPPENS ONCE STAFF ARE REGISTERED?

      • Each contestant receives an ENTRY PACK which must be completed and returned to Fitcorp. The ENTRY PACK will contain a comprehensive Health & Fitness Questionnaire so we know exactly what your current fitness level is and what your strenths and weaknesses are.

        WHAT DO THE CONTESTANTS GET FOR THEIR INVESTMENT?

      • A weekly 60-minute group fitness session either outdoors (close to the workplace) or within the workplace, provided there is enough room. Exercise will include a variety of strength, cardio, boxing, pilates and team-building activities.
      • Contestants have the opportunity to attend a fortnightly 30-minute ‘meeting’ within the workplace, where Fitcorp will take them through a short presentation on a variety of topics. Contestants receive handouts, and if the meeting is missed, the learning material is emailed.
      • A comprehensive workbook which includes a weight loss meal plan, plus an exercise program that you may choose to complete at home. The workbook also contains a food and exercise journal for the 10 weeks and plenty of other tools to help you on your journey!
      • A stack of nutrition and exercise tips and Q&A’s within the workbook.
      • Tri-weekly emails from Fitcorp, featuring recipes, nutrition information, fitness tips and motivational quotes.

        WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE CHALLENGE?

      • The program is called a CHALLENGE because we want you driven to improve your results across the 10 week period. At the beginning of the challenge we will set you some goals to achieve. It might be 10 pushups, or a 5km run. That will depend on what you hope to achieve throughout the challenge…..
      • To increase staff productivity through greater fitness, strength, self-esteem, energy levels and general wellbeing.
      • To increase staff morale through the competitive, team-building aspect of the Challenge.
      • By supporting the Challenge, it shows that the company values the health and wellbeing of their staff.

        IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

      • Weekly meetings will run no longer than 30 minutes – we know how valuable your time is.
      • No gym memberships are necessary – contestants can do all of the prescribed exercise at home. All that is needed is a set of dumbbells and a fitball ($60 total).
      • Management receive a weekly report outlining the staff progress and participation.
      • We take care of everything!
